Global-e is looking for an exceptional and passionate technical writer to join our growing product team to help us bring our product documentation to the next level.

As a technical writer at Global-e, you will be responsible for documenting the Global-e software products capabilities, to enable smooth product integration and support our continuous growth.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product managers, developers, QA, and solution architects to create and maintain web-based customer-facing documentation.
• Become an expert in the different Global-e domains, products, and solutions.
• Analyze and understand the material from our customer’s perspective and produce relevant high quality, clear, concise, and accurate software documentation content.
• Apply the style guide, templates, procedures, standards, and best practices, and contribute to their improvement. 

Requirements

•  3+ years of proven experience documenting software products, Rest API, SDK, and UI, in at least one global B2B company.
• Outstanding analytical and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and independently, grasp complex technical concepts and translate them to plain English.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities quickly and accurately, while paying attention to detail. 
• Experience using Confluence, Paligo, Readme, Document360, SharePoint, Office, Adobe Acrobat, Jira, XML, CMS, markdown, DITA, JavaScript, and graphics tools.
•  Exceptional interpersonal skills with a pleasant can-do attitude.
• High sense of ownership, accountability, and organization.
• Familiarity with eCommerce concepts - advantage.
